I was upgraded to a luxurious a double room with 2 balconies. The location of the hotel was good - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Main Market. It also was near to the market place.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The hotel is nice and in an excellent location in the centre of the town. The venue has impeccably clean rooms with large beds and all the facilities, for instance. I greatly enjoyed the staff, they are exceptional and welcoming.

When I am in Munnar, I like staying here. Everything is neat and fine. It has thoughtful staff at the service and best possible and comfortable location close to city center.

Stayed for 3 days and didn't want to leave, I would definitely come back there. Everything was good, stunning location close enough to Hotel's Own Restaurant and Le Celestium with family, awesome experience. The breakfast was delicious, the check in was smooth.

We had a fantastic stay at a well-located hotel with spacious rooms and amazing hospitality. The in-house restaurant served delicious food, and the staff, especially Vel murugan and Prem, went above and beyond to make our late-night dining experience memorable. Our stay was pleasant and it's a place I would highly recommend considering. I would recommend this hotel for a trip with friends.

This hotel is conveniently located as a base for exploring Munnar. It is adjacent to downtown and only a 10-minute walk away. I had a pleasant dining experience at the onsite restaurant, Ginger.

The location was favourable - near to Heaven on Earth as well as the restaurant. Found a place called Rochas Restaurant, set really close to the hotel, ate there a few times. Booked a room with AMAZING views, and the staff were courteous and nice people at the service.

Was a lovely place for trip. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. Also, it took about 5 mins by foot to get to Rose Garden. The staff was very very helpful and reasonably good and everything was fine.

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, nestled in the midst of nature, yet easily accessible to the town center. It offers the best of both worlds, allowing you to enjoy the scenic beauty of the surroundings while still being close to all the attractions.
